A: Email or phone is the best way to make initial contact, feel free to use the Contact Us page on this site.
Q: How are your fees structured?
A: Fees are structured based on project, hourly or can be a monthly/annual retainer for ongoing assistance. We will work with your organization to assure the most economical structure for your needs.
Q: When are you able to assist us and when should we seek legal counsel?
A: Based on your circumstances we can discuss what is appropriate, there will be times when legal counsel will be necessary.
Q: We don't know, what we don't know. Can you help us?
A: Yes! We will do an analysis of your current procedures and recommend changes, teaching you as we implement them. So now you'll know!
Q: Do you work with organizations outside of the hospitality industry?
A: Absolutely!
Q: Can you assist us if we have offices located outside of Illinois and Wisconsin?
A: Yes ! however, states in which employment laws tend to be more difficult such as California, will require legal counsel more often.
